I was slow in choosing a realtor to sell my home, as I wanted to be sure that I had a professional, and not necessarily a friend/relative that might not be so professional. A friend whose opinion I respect recommended Kim Wermerskirchen, and I went with her.  I trusted her completely, preparing the house just as she recommended...and was not sorry! I had a contract the day after it listed, and for more than the asking price. She had people available to do the work/upgrades that were necessary, but only offered them...wasn't pushy (about anything, actually). Closing went smoothly, and I left Castle Rock enroute to Utah...I just wish I could have had her there for help in buying my next home!
