We had Kim sell our townhouse when we moved to Texas, and had her help us find a house when we moved back this last January. She gave us great advice on how to get our townhouse ready to sell, and we ended up going under contract the first day it was on the market. When moving back, we flew in and looked at houses ALL day! We didn’t end up finding a house that day, so she FaceTimed us when we were back TX and walked through houses for us, even on an extremely icy day! She went above and beyond for us on both selling out townhome and getting a home back in CO!
